For this lay-out, I decided to us Misty Cato's template design and worked on from there. The pictures are of my kids fooling around in my baby's playpen.Classes were suspended fo the whole week due to Typhoon Ondoy . Ira and Kyle were so bored that they decided to hanging around on the pen....good thing it was able to hold up =)

My Ira

IRA - \I-ra\, is pronounced as eye-rah. It is of Hebrew Origin meaning "full-grown; watchful"

It is a fitting description
she is of more than 11 summers ...would take it upon herself to take care of her siblings...who as a child enjoys simple pleasures like a scoop of strawberry ice cream, watching disney channel and hugging her black lab. Now in her tweens , she has replaced Barbie with Taylor Swift, my constant rival in using the PC, raiding my clothes cabinet.....but who still cries everytime her dad has to go abroad or when being teased at. A girl who will someday grow up on how she wants her life to lead her, so carefree and optimistic......

Tribute to Miss Cory Aquino

It's 1:25 Am... Aug 09,2009. In a few hours time, one of the country's beloved President will be laid to rest, together with her Ninoy once again. I never expected that I will be overwhelmed with my emotions even after 4 days after she passed away. This lay-out is my simple tribute to her for whose strength is so incomparable, her deep spiritual being and humility encompasses all material wealth...and has taught Filipinos the value of integrity, democracy and the ability to face guns with rosaries. I will forever miss you so....

Together Forever

I took this photograph when my husband saw Mia for the very
first time coming home from abroad, Mia was about 4 days old then.
The moment was so poignantly tender that I made sure I'll capture it.
I'm glad I did...

My first digiscrapping lay out

I made my very first digiscrapping lay-out on July last year. I had saved most of my layouts (16) in my Multiply page but decided to switch here coz' it's easier to post. I have always wanted to make a scrapbook for the longest time, but due to budget constraints , I decided to put it off...then I learned about Digiscrapping on the internet...and I got hooked !!!!! It's just the same thing as scrapbooking except no mess, a a whole lot of sources for papers and elements to choose from and best of all it's free!!!!! I never see myself as a creative person, but I was surprised at my very first lay-out that I am convinced this hobby is for keeps........

My first lay-out is about my youngest daughter Mia. She was only 4 months old then in this picture. Being a first timer in Digiscrapping, I was just basically layering and haven't experimented yet with the different actions to improve them. Oh well, everyone had been a newbie .
